Use Closer Signal in five simple steps
You sell. Closer Signal helps organize what happened and shows what deserves attention next.
START HERE🏠 Home, Pace & Calendar
Home is your daily command screen. The month calendar shows activity dots, the scoreboard shows real saved volume and your date-aware pace, and Next Up shows the most important actions waiting.
Month volume $325,200 • Goal $600,000 • $274,800 to goal • ON PACE • projected finish $573,882TUTORIAL🎯 Goals & Numbers
Goals stores the targets you are working toward. Numbers shows saved production and activity. Use Home for the quick view, then open these tabs when you need to set a target, correct an entry, or review more detail.
Goals = where you want to go • Numbers = what has actually been saved • Pace = whether your current rate is likely to reach the goalTUTORIAL🎙 Talk & Update
Use this for fast updates. You can mention multiple deals and follow-ups in one voice entry. Review each item before tapping Confirm & Save. Closer Signal uses your microphone to create the text preview; it does not save a separate audio recording.
“I sold Mr. and Mrs. Jones for $50,000 today. They were worried about price but moved forward because they want more family vacations. Follow up tomorrow at 3 PM. I also had a $15,000 deal today.”TUTORIAL💼 Deals
Save customer/deal details, amount, status, objections, buying reasons, cancellation risk, and the next follow-up. Saved deals feed intelligence and forecasting.
TUTORIAL📅 Follow-Ups & Calendar
A follow-up date creates an action in Follow-Ups and places it on Calendar. Tap a Home calendar date for that day, or open the full Calendar for Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, search, and the day list. Complete the touch after contacting the customer.
Customer: Mr. & Mrs. Jones • Date: tomorrow at 3:00 PM • Purpose: confirm they feel good about the purchase and answer booking questions • Result after call: Positive / reassuredPRIVATE BY DEFAULT🔒 Client History
Client History keeps the approved transcript, creator, date, linked customer/deal, notes, and follow-up in one place. It is private to the rep by default. Use Share only when you intentionally want an authorized manager or team member to see it.
COACHING🧭 My Signal & Industry Edge
My Signal uses your saved results to explain patterns in wins, losses, objections, follow-up, deal size, and behavior. Industry Edge is separate outside research and practice ideas. Outside research is never presented as a conclusion about your personal performance.
My Signal = what your Closer Signal data supports • Industry Edge = sourced outside ideas to consider and testTUTORIAL🔒 Data Vault
Your authorized saved records live here. Use the filters for Deals, Voice, Follow-Ups, Activity, and Profile. The save test verifies live database persistence.
“Jones” • “price objection” • “$50,000” • “follow-up tomorrow” • “family vacation”TUTORIAL🎯 Training & Practice
Use training content and practice tools to improve discovery, objection handling, follow-up language, and sales consistency.
“Customer says: I like it, but I need to think about it. Help me practice a natural response that gets back into discovery instead of arguing.”Quick answers
How do I know something actually saved?
Look for the confirmed save message or receipt. Then you can open the destination tab. If a save fails, Closer Signal should tell you instead of pretending it saved.
Where does voice information go?
Tap to Talk creates a text preview first. Closer Signal does not save a separate audio recording. After you confirm, the approved text/data is organized into Deals, Follow-Ups, Calendar, Numbers, Goals, or Saved Intelligence as shown in the preview.
Can I find something later?
Yes. Use Data Vault filters or Search to locate saved customer, deal, objection, follow-up, activity, and voice information you are authorized to access.
Who can see my information?
Access follows the user, team, and company role. Client History is private to the rep by default and is shared only when the rep intentionally uses the sharing control. Managers and admins receive only the information their role and the sharing choice authorize.
