CRM Connector Center
Connect the company’s existing system of record without replacing it.
Bring approved CRM data into the behavioral intelligence loop.
Closer Signal reads approved Salesforce, HubSpot or signed enterprise-system data, connects behavior to outcomes, recommends an intervention and measures whether performance improves.
CRM and sync scope
Start read-only. Two-way writes should be enabled only after field mapping and a sandbox validation pass.
Approved objects
What is ready—and what is not
OAuth secrets remain encrypted and server-side. Closer Signal never asks a user to enter a CRM password.
Manage every approved source independently
Each connector keeps its own field mapping, authorization and schedule. Switching providers here no longer overwrites another system’s setup.
Connect the sale to the customer outcome
Join approved CRM opportunities with support tickets, escalations, resolution time and satisfaction using the same external account or opportunity ID. Payment credentials and private message text stay out by default.
External account ID, opportunity ID or approved customer reference.
Ticket ID, queue, priority, status, escalation, resolution time, CSAT and retention outcome.
Card/PAN/CVV data, bank details, SSNs, passwords, tokens, transcripts and full message bodies.
Safe Haven Payments demo files
Synthetic merchant and support records demonstrate the join without using real customer data.
Know what is demo-ready and what still blocks live sync
This check separates a safe synthetic demo from a production connection. It never treats saved settings as proof that Salesforce, HubSpot or another system is authorized.
Test, discover and preview before importing
These controls never write to the source CRM. Previewed records remain in the browser response and are not added to Closer Signal deals.
Hold CRM history outside live performance data
Staging stores an encrypted, company-scoped copy for review. It does not create Closer Signal deals, change scores, trigger coaching or write back to the source CRM.
Approve only the records that are ready
Check required fields, rep matching and cross-source ID conflicts before records enter behavioral analysis. This review never changes the source CRM, live deals or rep scores.

Keep the behavioral baseline current
Closer Signal reads only opportunities changed since the last successful checkpoint. Changed records return to encrypted review staging; nothing is written to Salesforce, HubSpot or live performance data automatically.
Connect another CRM or approved business system
Use a company-specific signed API request from Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Pipedrive, a data warehouse or an approved middleware tool. Incoming records are normalized, encrypted and held for Enterprise review.
Signed request requirements
POST /api/v1/crm/intake/opportunitiesPOST /api/v1/crm/intake/behavior-eventsX-Closer-Signal-Key, X-Closer-Signal-Timestamp, X-Closer-Signal-Request-Id, and X-Closer-Signal-Signature.timestamp + "." + exact request body. Each request ID is processed once. Maximum 500 records per request.Choose which operating signals can enter review
Approve metadata from calls, email activity, coaching, training, support, retention and handoffs. Every record stays encrypted and review-gated; the source CRM remains the system of record.
Allowed records can include stable event, account, opportunity, customer and employee IDs plus dates, status, outcome, duration, queue, priority and satisfaction. Payment data, credentials, tokens, full message bodies, transcripts, recordings and raw audio are rejected.
Know what needs attention before data falls behind
Closer Signal checks authorization, schedule timing, failed or stuck runs, incremental checkpoint freshness and the encrypted review backlog. It recommends the next operational step without changing the source CRM.
See every data intake run
Company-scoped run history shows what source was used, what was staged, when it finished and whether attention is required. Source systems and live Closer Signal records remain unchanged.
Turn a behavioral signal into a measured intervention
Create a plan from any approved signal, capture the baseline and final result, and preserve evidence of whether the intervention improved the chosen metric.
Translate CRM fields into Closer Signal’s behavior model
Left: the stable Closer Signal field. Right: the CRM object and API field the company approves.
Stage a CRM export without waiting for OAuth
Upload opportunity outcomes or operating activity from Salesforce, HubSpot, call, email, coaching, learning, support or retention systems. Records are encrypted and held for review—they do not become live deals or change rep scores.
