1. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. If you create a company or enterprise workspace, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization and configure its users, required business metrics, and access policies.
2. Intended use
Closer Signal supports sales follow-up, coaching, retention, training, and operational recommendations. It supplements your CRM or other approved system of record; it does not replace required corporate, financial, compliance, or customer-service systems.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Closer Signal the limited permission needed to host, secure, process, and display that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required notice or consent before uploading customer data, messages, files, or recordings. Closer Signal does not provide a recording feature.
4. AI recommendations
AI features identify patterns and suggest next actions, coaching, routing, or team-fit signals. Results may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by an authorized person. Closer Signal does not guarantee a sale, retention outcome, customer result, or regulatory decision and must not be used as the sole basis for employment, credit, legal, medical, or other high-impact decisions.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not upload data you lack permission to use or content that violates law or another person’s rights.
- Do not enter full payment-card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary sensitive data.
- Do not bypass access controls, probe other organizations’ data, disrupt the service, or introduce malware.
- Do not use the service for deceptive outreach, unlawful discrimination, harassment, or surveillance.
6. Workspace controls and privacy
Organizations may require business metrics such as activity, sales volume, follow-ups, goals, or assigned training. Users control optional sharing where the product presents that choice. Private messages, personal notes, private calendar details, raw uploaded recordings or transcripts, and private coaching context remain restricted according to product controls. See the Privacy Notice for more detail.
7. Trials, plans, and changes
Trial length, plan pricing, limits, and included features are shown during signup or in a written order. Features may evolve during a pilot. Material commercial terms for an enterprise deployment should be documented in a signed agreement before broad production use.
8. Availability and account action
We work to keep the service reliable and secure but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, organizations, or the service; respond to legal requirements; address nonpayment; or stop a material violation of these terms.
9. Ownership and feedback
Closer Signal and its software, interface, and service materials remain the property of their respective owner. You may use them only as allowed by your plan or written agreement. Feedback may be used to improve the service without exposing your confidential information.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees about sales outcomes or fitness for a particular regulated purpose. Any warranties, indemnities, liability limits, governing law, dispute terms, and service levels in a signed customer agreement control. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. Questions and updates
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the in-product Help section or your Closer Signal account contact. If these terms materially change, the updated date will be posted here and additional notice will be provided when required.
